What exactly is 23Penny?
We have been open since the summer of 2011. Our goal is to bring you exclusive and nice shoes at great prices hassle free. We mainly deal with Nike/Jordan products, but nowadays we just like to share with you a lot of great deals and great products on our site, and we have expanded the selection to New Balance, Adidas and Asics while maintaining a solid catalogue of Nike/JB products.

Are your products 100% authentic?
We only carry 100% authentic footwear that are distributed through authorized retailers.

Where are you located?
Located in Atlanta, GA. We do not have a store front, we are an online store.

If I am in Atlanta, GA, can I pick up my order?
We do not accept pick up for all orders placed online, and some items are not physically in Atlanta for pick up, please email 23penny1@gmail.com to for pick up arrangements and to check the availibility of an item.
We only accept cash upon meet-ups.

Can you give me some information on shipping?

What is your return policy?
If you for whatever reason don't want what you purchased, it may be shipped back within 7 days.

However, it must be returned in original packaging, and not have been worn/used. Upon receiving and item inspection, we will refund you.

We do not accept returns that are caused by sizing issues or buyer's remorse.

There WILL be a restocking fee of 15% of the original price (not including shipping). There is no return for on sale items and items marked as "ALL SALES FINAL".

We are not responsible for the shipping fee on returned goods. To make sure the return goes smoothly, please contact us before hand via the email 23PENNY1@gmail.com

Please note that we do not accept returns due to sizing problems or buyer's remorse.

Do you guys double box the shoes?
Of course, we double box all of our shoes in order to maintain the mint condition of the box, plus, no one likes packaging tape on the shoe boxes.

Do you attach original store receipts with purchases?
Due to tax filing purposes, we keep all original purchase (I.E. Footlocker or Finishline purchases) receipts.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We receive our payments via Paypal, Paypal users and guests can use their credit card, debit cards or Paypal balance to pay for the purchase.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store; you can always check out with your credit or debit card, the option to do so is on the first Paypal payment screen. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
